Please find below crew change procedures for arranging crew change at Jebel Ali.
We need to apply for the 96hrs Seamen visa in order for the crew to embark/disembark at Jebel Ali. Our team IC will revert with the requested PDA.
We need to obtain NOC from Vessel registered agents in order to proceed with Visa application and so Kindly share the details of Vessel registered agents once crew change plan firmed up.
Sign-on crew

All on-signing crew needs to have an approved 96 hours seaman visa prior travelling from their home country to Dubai, UAE which is mandatory for joining formalities at Jebel Ali Port.
As per new regulation from Jeel Ali Port Authority, PCR test or Vaccination certificate is not required for joining formalities.
Arrange arrival flight details as per vessel ETA/ETB
Will arrange transport from airport to Jebel Ali port as per crew arrival and will arrange joining formalities
We can arrange hotel accommodation for the joiners if required.
Sign-off crew

Off signing crew who is fully vaccinated can disembark the vessel without PCR test negative result and vaccination card.
