Crew change restrictions for Antwerp
All joiners and leavers need to be /leave the vessel latest 5 hrs prior sailing as per immigration regulations
As per immigration regulations all off signers needs to pass immigration 5 hrs prior vessel departure or prior flight departure
Visa requirements for Joiners/Off signers.
All on signers needs to be in possession of valid schengen visa as no visa on arrival can be arranged
Off signers do not need to be in possession of valid Schengen visa as visa on departure can be arranged from our side

Schengen visa application form, needs to be filled out in Word and accurately, otherwise no visum will be issued
STVZ form, Also this needs to be filled out accurately in order to avoid problems at immigration.
Covering letter stating the urgence of the signing off (End of contract + crew joined in non Schengen port and vessel trading in non Schengen area, illness, Family matters,) with company letter heading
PCR test requirements.

Pcr testing is possible cost for this 160 during weekdays and 260 during weekends
