Port Restrictions

  • Crew change is possible at Ulsan, Korea. There’s no restriction for nationality.
  • Please note Most of tanker terminals do not allow crew change at berth. We need to check the availability in advance.
  • VISA REQUIREMENTS
    • On arrival visa is available for on/off signers.
    • PCR REQUIREMENTS
      • All on/off signers have to take PCR test within 24 hours from arrival
      • Agents suggests on signers to arrive a day before embarkation for PCR test
      • Self-quarantine
        • 7 days of Self-quarantine will be required for joiners only who tested positive after arrival.
        • 7 days self-quarantine is not required for off-signers.
        • The off-signers can go to airport directly without self-quarantine facility if the departure flight is within 12 hours after
      • disembarkation.
        • If the off-signers flights are over 12 hours after disembarkation, the off-signers can check-in at the general hotel in accordance
      • with their flight schedule.
        • 7 days of Self-quarantine will be required for off-signers only who tested positive after disembarkation.

Flight Restrictions

  • Passengers must present a completed "Q-Code" form upon arrival. The form can be completed upon arrival or before departure at https://tinyurl.com/yve4cs43 .
  • Passengers transiting to China (People's Rep.) must enter Korea (Rep.) to obtain a green QR code with an 'HDC' mark.
