NO owners activity allowed at berth and crew changes is only allowed at anchorage either prior vessel goes alongside berth or upon vessel departs from berth ( Subj vessel is cleared by charterers agent prior to attend crew change formalities) .

For Bangladesh Crew, Immigration LG can only be obtain after vessel berth at port and cleared by Immigration.
For China Crew, Transit pass will be given for maximum of 30 days (depends on flight ticket).
ONSIGNERS
Immigration officers at the entrance (e.g. KLIA Airport) will endorse a Transit Pass for three (3) days to the crew entering Malaysia for the purpose of SIGN-ON.
