Crew change restictions for port Porto/Sarroch Italy
Visa
On signers need to have valid Schenegen visa, visa on arrival is not possible.
EU nationals and Biometric Passport holders are exempted.
Off signers exit visa can be arranged, if holding vakid visa then kindly send us copy of the same.
Joiners
Follow docs strictly requested in advance in order to arrange a smooth port authorities clearances

copy of engagement contract
The joiners are allowed to board the vessel by the immigration only within 1200. In case of late arrival , the joiners have to be cleared and authorized to board the vsl the next morning after 0900hrs and therefore hotel accomodation have to be fixed.
OFFSIGNERS
Please forward copies of passport / seamanbook / Visa
In case of offsigners without VISA kindly note as follow
the vessel is not authorized to sail untill the visa is granted
The above operation is always subjected to immigration office availability and ONLY during normal time on normal working days (from Monday to Saturday 0800 - 1300 hrs)
