Port Restrictions

Entry visas are required for all on-signing crew, but off-signers can get transit visa at the port of exist for transiting to the airport.

Valid Passports with minimum 6 months validity and
Seamans book are required in all cases.
Crew Change Personal Data
Please be aware that ISS requires this information to arrange embarkation and / or disembarkation of crew members and / or from this respective vessel.

Citizens from ECOWAS member states like Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote dIvoire, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Cape Verde and Togo get an automatic stamp visa on arrival.
All crew visiting Nigeria need to possess a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Card. There is NO visa on arrival for crew members intending to join/transit with vessel here in Nigeria.

On-signers
For nationalities need an entry visa to join vessels in Nigeria. Inchcape can assist crew obtain visa in their country of residence by sending LOI/Cable gram to Nigeria Embassy to facilitate quick release of visa prior travelling to Nigeria.
Inchcape can also assist by sending letters of invitation to Nigerian embassy abroad for process and obtain visa at crew home country or residence.

a negative COVID-19 PCR test in English taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Covishield), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac, Sputnik Light and Sputnik V.
This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.

Passengers must obtain a 'Permit to Travel' before departure. The 'Permit to Travel' can be obtained at https://nitp.ncdc.gov.ng/ and must have a QR code.
