Please find below crew change updates / regulations at Sohar
On signers crew arriving to Oman are required to present a Covid-19 certificate containing a QR code stating that they have received two dose of vaccine approved in Oman. The last dose is required to have received not less then 14 days ahead if estimated arrival time.
For those crew, who are dual vaccinated, PCR test for sign off is not required. However, before arrival / departure of crew, regulations with airlines and crew home country about PCR test must be verified and should be followed.
For visa application and issuance from immigration, 2-3 days are required.
Immigration working time from 0830 hrs to 1400 hrs, Friday/Saturday and Public Holidays closed.

Clear copy of Passport (Should have minimum 6 months validity) For Indian crew please share last page of Passport too.
Clear copy of Seaman Book
Photo with Blue Background( Photo should be in casusal dress and not in uniform)
Copy of vaccination certificate with QR code.
