Crew change requirements for Honiara
Agents recommend looking at Fiji or New Caledonia which are better options for crew change as flights into and out of Honiara are difficult to obtain. Flights are usually via Brisbane (which will require Australian Transit Visa for many nationalities) or via Fiji which only operate two days per week.

Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 4 weeks before arrival.
Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), CanSinoBIO (Convidecia), Covaxin, Covovax, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac.

nationals of the Solomon Isl. with a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival;
passengers younger than 12 years with a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival.

Passengers must obtain a travel authorization at https://solomons.govtas.com/. They must upload

a vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 4 weeks before arrival. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), CanSinoBIO (Convidecia), Covaxin, Covovax, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac; or
a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departureÂ fromÂ the first embarkation point; or
a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 3 months before departure fromÂ the first embarkation point.Â Â
