Port Restrictions

  • Crew change restrictions for Lome, Togo.
  • A new regulation for the process of obtaining the visa online for the crews has come out as follows
    • The following documents are needed
      • Scanned Passport copy ;
      • Scanned seaman book copy ;
      • Covid-19 vaccination certificate copy ;
      • Flights details ;
      • Passport photo with size 3.5/4.5 (as per attached samples)
  • The process of obtaining the visa online must be initiated a maximum of 72 hours earlier before crew arrival,
  • On receipt of above mentioned documents, an ok to board “OKTB.” can be issued within three / 03 consecutive working days, to count from Monday or Wednesday in a full working week. Same to be emailed to you together with letter of invitation & online visa receipt with references (where ever the last is required) for traveler to carry along his trips to present to the airlines boarding’s counters and immigration authorities throughout his journey till arrival at the airport of destination where entry visa will be issued.
  • NB: Note that in the event that the crew does not come or crew change canceled all expenses incurred will be at charges of the principals.

Flight Restrictions

  • Passengers must complete a "Traveler Form" at https://voyage.gouv.tg . This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.
  • Passengers must have
    • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; or
    • a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 5 days before departure.
    • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.

  • Crew Change Assistance 1-10: USD 150 per pax
  • Crew Change Assistance 11+: USD 110 per pax
  • Coordination of Booked Services: USD 70
  • Launch Hire Coordination: USD 150
  • Meet & Greet: USD 300
